We specialized in R&D and prodution of Natural Plant Extract for 13 years now, which were widely used for nutraceutial, pharmaceutical health care and cosmetics products.

We have two garden-type factories, a variety of advanced quality analysis instruments and first-class production equipment

annual output of about 50,000 tons.

Production Management

Products strict production process control, from raw material extraction, concentration,spray drying, mixing and so on each working procedure all by QC in production field sampling and using methods such as TCL,UV,rapid moisture drying apparatus, instruments and monitoring analysis corresponding indexes, do effective control of product quality in the process, to ensure that the qualification rate of products.

Quality  Inspection

Changsha Tianwei has a complete corporate quality assurance system and implements strict quality control standards. The company's technical center and quality management department are equipped with multiple of advanced testing and experimental instruments such as gas phase, liquid phase, and atomic absorption, and clearly divide the division of labor among important functional departments such as R&D center and quality inspection center(QA and QC). Effective and comprehensive quality control is carried out during the production process, and a comprehensive inspection and analysis of the final product is carried out.
